Weeks after the death and burial of Psquare’s mother Josephine Okoye, Peter Okoye, one half of the pop group is yet to get over the loss.

The 30-year-old singer recently expressed his grief on the micro blogging site Twitter, saying how greatly he misses his mom, ‘Miss my mum so much. She is my beautiful Onyinye’ @PeterPsquare tweeted.

Fans have since been sending condolence messages to him ‘Sowi brov. Take heart pls. DLord is ur strength’, @ThugLifesucks tweeted. Another fan, Kofi Larbi with handle @Nuttykola tweeted ‘belated sympathys on your mother’s passing’.

She died on Wednesday night after what was described as unknown sickness.

Mrs Okoye was reported to be ill for a short while and was receiving treatment at the St. Nicholas Hospital before she was flown to India for advanced treatment.

The nature of the sickness is yet to be disclosed, before her death she was in support of her sons’ career and was also a huge pillar to their success.

Friends and fans of the singers on Thursday besieged social media, sending condolence messages to the bereaved family.
