Crystals are perhaps the youngest group age-wise in Fameland, Star Quest 2012 but they have emerged to be the biggest and brightest as they are this years winner of the music band search talent reality TV show Star Quest.
The group comprising Emmanuel, on drums, Godwin on the bass, Daniel on the keyboards, with Civian and Tinuke on vocals and that young rapper called Romeo with his friendly, happy-go-lucky kind of infectious disposition won massively from votes that poured their way from viewers across the country.
They beat the Soul Rhythm, Golden Clef and Quantum Vibes to win the star price of a whooping 7.5 million naira recording contract, 3.6 million naira cash (to be shared by the members of the band) as well as a brand new Minivan.
Like all past winners of the show, the band will get one year guaranteed accommodation in Lagos, in addition to the unique opportunity of participating in all the upcoming 2012 Star-sponsored events as performing artistes.
