Rapper 50 Cent is currently in the hospital and is extremely sick. According to MediaTakeOut, 50 was admitted to a New York hospital two days ago, for a mysterious illness.
50 had to cancel appearances at NY's Hot 97 radio station, where he was set to promote his new Mixtape with DJ Drama - "Gangsta Grillz Lost Tape".
Floyd Mayweather Jr., 50's good friend, is asking fans to keep him in their prayers. “Please keep 50 Cent in your prayers he is in the hospital and he is extremely sick…we will remain positive," Mayweather said yesterday on Atlanta's V103's Ryan Cameron show.
It was learned that 50 Cent was diagnosed with a blockage of his small intestine. After numerous attempts to remove the blockage by using a tube down his throat, doctors have scheduled an emergency surgery for today.
Tthe surgery carries major risks as learnt. Doctors have to remove a large portion of his intestines and reconnect them.
50 is a legendary artist and businessman. We're all praying that he gets well soon.
