Zimbabwe: Teclar Evicted From Big Brother

ONE of Zimbabwe's three representatives in Big Brother Africa StarGame, Teclar, was yesterday evicted from Downville House. Co-housemate Maneta was upgraded to the Upville House. Tanzanians Hilda and Julio were also evicted.

The eviction comes after a week of endless speculation.

The eviction finally put the housemates out of their misery last night.

Teclar and Maneta had been randomly nominated together with their Tanzanian counterparts Hilda and Julio for eviction last week when the Big Brother StarGame began.

The four were nominated using the advanced Random Nomination Mechanism monitored by an independent auditor.

IK with the help of a volunteer rolled the wheel and the balls. The eviction system has been heavily criticised by the reality show viewers and the housemates themselves as fraudulent.

The Princess of Zamunda, Teclar was unable to use her "royal powers" to save herself from eviction.

Roki, Zimbabwe's celebrity representative seemed happy to have a fellow Zimbabwean joining him in the house for the US$300 000 price money, show.

According to Big brother.com the votes went as follows: Hilda = 6; Julio = 1; Maneta = 8; Teclar = 0 (Total: 15 Votes).

Sierra Leona and Liberia were nominated for eviction this weekend.
